Man it was such a nice day at the beach today. Wish we didn't have so much to do so we could have stayed longer. I pretty much did all of the same stuff I did from yesterday, other than showing Tracee the karambit template that Bernie started teaching us last Sunday. Practice makes perfect right? Still have a lot to do today so I have to cut this really short. Tomorrow is Father's Day so I'll see whoever can make it to practice. Happy training everyone and see you next time.
